CREATIVE SERVICES MANAGER
Frandsen Financial Corporation | Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking a Creative Services Manager to work at our corporate office in Arden Hills, Minnesota. The Creative Services Manager maintains the image and voice of the company.
The position encompasses the roles of art director, lead designer, and copywriter. In addition, the Creative Services Manager oversees the operations of the design staff, assists with marketing strategy and pricing, and maintains relationships with vendors. The ability to work collaboratively with senior management and business leaders is essential. Primary requirements are successful experience in a wide range of creative functions combined with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Office software in a Macintosh environment. Professional-level command of English language and usage; engaging writing style; excellent research and fact-checking skills; and proficiency in use of Chicago and AP style guides is required. A working knowledge of various printing and finishing processes; all digital media platforms; and CNC/CAD production for signage and three-dimensional items is desired.
The candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, advertising, marketing, journalism, or related discipline along with a minimum of seven years related experience. Applicants should provide a creative portfolio or work samples.
