Roles and Responsibilities
As EaaS (Experience as a Service) Offer Manager you will be accountable for the full iterative life cycle of an offer portfolio across the Retail, CPG and T&H verticals, including validating the need in the covered marketplace and establishing the outcome focused value proposition of the offer portfolio that best addresses the customer needs.
You will work closely together with the global Strategy, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal teams to ensure the consistency and enforce the managed interlock between the collaborating functional areas across the entire lifecycle of an offer. Your role as EaaS offer manager will establishes and secure the offer-market fit and drive continuous innovation, monetization, and strategic fit of all retail vertical offers.
The offer portfolio may include technology, a variety of services, data and analytics assembled in appropriate ways to meet the needs of the customer. The offer manager is focused on the growth and profitability of the offer portfolio. This includes the pricing model and the strategy to drive a deep economic moat through business differentiation.
On a tactical release to release level, the offer manager must optimize for customer value realization and value capture by ensuring:
Salability via all applicable channels to market (direct sales, e-commerce, partner ecosystems)
Deploy ability and Serviceability by the support team
The solution has been designed for frictionless renewability
The offers are designed for scalable and cost-effective operationalization
As offer manager you should:
Follow market trends, most recent regulations and standards which could affect the offer
Keep an eye on the competition to close the offer gaps by leveraging own and partner capabilities
Ensure the profitability of the offer through carefully considered Internal ROI analysis to secure sustainable growth
Propose ideas how the global product platforms could be better used / utilized to achieve more selling opportunities
Required Business and Technical Skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering , Business Administration, Marketing, Technical, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Finance Management
8 years of relevant industry experience
2 years of experience in Retail Vertical practice either on the business or on the technology side
4 years of experience in cross-functional virtual team leading role
Ability to blend technology with business strategy and develop plans for new offers / services and program initiatives
Deep awareness of Retail Technology Stack, business applications, customer journey and processes including the typical partner ecosystem and managed services, competitive landscape, available alternative cloud platforms and specific Retail solutions
Good understanding of the impacts of emerging global trends, regional differences and development directions across all Retail market segments.
Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences with confidence and accuracy
Ability to apply data analysis to solve a business problem that has a direct impact to customers
Required Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills (comfortable to lead management level conversations)
International / cross-cultural collaboration experiences
Problem solving capabilities (able to handle complex processes and structures)
Structured thinking and high-level project management skills
Accuracy in written and verbal communication that demonstrates reliability, consistency, trust, and confidence
Comfortable to lead physical and virtual teams through professional expert knowledge and through leadership approach (to be easily followed by all collaboration parties)
Outstanding interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work effectively with internal customers at all levels
Team oriented, capable of delivering in a team environment
Self-motivated, results driven, and able to work with minimum supervision
Preferred professional qualifications
Design Thinking, PMP, CPA certifications are preferred, but not mandatory for this role
Required Office and Collaboration tools knowledge
Expert user level knowledge in collaboration and productivity tools such as:
Standard MS Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, UCC / Chat, SharePoint, etc.
CRM databases (Salesforce)
Instant Messaging Apps (Chat, Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, etc.)
