The Senior Digital Marketing Analytics Professional develops marketing strategies and delivers promotional marketing messages to consumers online with the intent of generating traffic and sales on the organization's e-commerce site through conception, coordination, and control of Internet/Digital Marketing. The Senior Digital Marketing Analytics Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Humana is building a best-in-class Marketing organization to drive profitable growth supporting the Home Solutions business segment, which is bringing care to the patient’s home across the full spectrum of acuity from Primary Care relationships to Hospital encounters.
Our Home Solutions organization is in the midst of a significant growth strategy that requires not only acquisition of new customers/patients but also the engagement and retention of current customers/patients. The suite of Home Solutions assets is continuing to refine through partnerships, acquisition and innovation, and has the opportunity to position the company uniquely in service of seniors living with chronic conditions. This will require developing new categories and products, expanding into new customer segments, deploying critical capabilities to win with those segments and redefining the care experience.
The Home Solutions Marketing team is looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Professional to define, create and implement effective digital capabilities and tools to interest and engage patients in home care delivery offerings. The role will also create and implement, and advise across the team on implementation, of digital marketing campaigns. The role requires a strong consumer mindset, paired with the ability to bring effective digital marketing solutions to the market.
In this role you will:
Lead digital strategic plans develop and execute campaigns, ensure campaigns are integrated into marketing communication plans across digital and traditional marketing channels
Create compelling audience digital experiences (tools and capabilities) to drive marketing objectives
Ensure all digital marketing is on-brand, consistent in voice and tonality
Devise digital engagement strategies for prospective patients within different stages of the conversion funnel to support patient acquisition growth targets
Deploy digital patient acquisition toolkits and consult on acquisition approaches
Develop and frame robust digital marketing initiatives that include test and learn opportunities where needed
Create and manage the planning cycle, deliverables, and annual digital marketing calendar
Deliver measurement strategies and overseeing to ensure execution; manage effective reporting and related communications to the business
Manage external resources and vendors; collaborate cross-functionally across Humana and Consumer Group
Have good planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems and develop a plan of action to prevent delays in projects and/or the department’s workflow
Play a leading role in a cross-functional team environment to achieve business goals, keep projects on track, within budget, and on time
Execute with a nimble speed to market focus, in order to achieve business objectives
Monitor and provide vital insights on the marketing environment at the local level including competitors, key target opportunities, multi-cultural strategy etc.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
6 years digital marketing experience
A business partner-centric mindset and approach to work
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business, marketing strategy, digital marketing, and content marketing
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to both teach others and learn
Strong, demonstrated skills leading and/or influencing cross-functional teams
Strong, demonstrated project management skills
Strong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and developing insights from analysis
Strong, demonstrated strategy development skills and ability to engage in and apply enterprise thinking
Ability to influence, and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organization
The successful candidate will be an action-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills, who is thorough and demonstrates a lot of initiative and follow-through. This team player must be flexible, and enthusiastic.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Prior Marketing Experience for a Fortune 500 company preferred but not required
