POSITION PROFILE:
The CRM & Loyalty Business Analyst is part of the Omnichannel DTC team, working on two exciting brands within our constellation, Knoll and Muuto.
We are looking for a dynamic and highly versatile analyst to work across all DTC efforts. The ideal candidate is at ease working with large volumes of data and is skilled at partnering with business stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities to drive value creation for our brands. You must be a strong communicator and be able to translate analysis into executive-facing documents. The ideal candidate is motivated, comfortable working in agile & fast-paced team structures and possess a keen attention to detail.
This role reports into the Head of eCommerce, Omnichannel DTC.
Role Responsibilities:
Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
Partner with the team to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement.
Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
Analyze historical and segmentation data to identify trends and insights.
Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support business needs.
Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
Support the Omnichannel DTC team during the design process, gathering and documenting business requirements, technical requirements, data mapping, system setups and configurations, plan and execute regression, integration testing, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
Partner with application vendor and internal IT departments to define project delivery plan.
Required Skills
BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
Required Experience
6 years of professional experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role
4 years of experience conducting analysis and data mining using Excel.
Preferred experience extracting and processing data using SQL.
Preferred experience with one or more major data visualization tools including Tableau / Power BI, etc.
Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
Experience leading mid to large-scale analytics projects with BI solutions / tools.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
