Partner with business to understand and influence annual goals and priorities.

Deeply understand and become an expert on Group Medicare member needs, attitudes, and behaviors.

Work closely with Group Medicare sales marketing team members to ensure a cohesive member experience from point-of-sale through retention.

Assess and recommend the appropriate resources needed to support a fully activated member marketing team.

The main focus of this role is to partner closely with Group Medicare business leaders to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies targeting current members to drive plan understanding, member engagement, and loyalty / renewal.

This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion, drive strategy and execution across multiple audiences, and collaborate with leaders across Humana’s corporate marketing and Group Medicare leadership.
