The Senior Communications Professional develops and coordinates lines of communication within the organization among employees. The Senior Communications Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
Where you Come In
The Sr. Communications Professional role provides primary support through the design, development and execution of various communication strategies which support the RT strategy and culture objectives. The role supports the alignment of work and engagement of associates by ensuring key messages are delivered and understood by the various audiences. The role is responsible for building robust internal communications plan and process, bringing together and synthesizing messaging from across RT and potentially CPSS and the Enterprise. In addition, the role serves as a key partner on strategic change initiatives - serving as a change practitioner, thought leader, and designer of messaging strategies that support the awareness and adoption of organizational changes. This role requires a strategic business-minded thinker and talented communications professional with exceptional consultative, writing, storytelling, project management, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop overarching communication strategy for Resolution Team to ensure optimized tools, channels, and content to support Resolution Team strategy and ability to 'tell our story'
Partner across multiple stakeholders to consult on optimal messaging approaches and optimization of communication channels.
Ensure communication components (ex. to include organization-wide communications; business presentations; development of standard templates for communication, toolkits for leaders to cascade messages, etc.) integrate cohesively into the overarching strategy.
Develop collateral with strong visual/graphic elements that support connection, engagement, and adoption of messaging - with the ability to adjust collateral and recommended delivery channel based on the audience (frontline associate to senior executive).
Evaluate and measure communication reach and effectiveness of channels and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Develop and execute communication strategies that facilitate the preparation of the organization for change initiatives and support the adoption of key changes across the organization.

Required Qualifications - What it takes to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 5 years in the strategy design and execution of organization wide communications primarily internal facing
Exceptional writing, MS PowerPoint and visual media tools such as Adobe
Knowledge of SharePoint - ability to create/update content and interpret analytics
Must be able to work collaboratively across multiple levels of leadership and with other communication professionals
Experience using multiple communication channels for associate/employee facing communications
Preferred Qualifications
2 years consulting and designing communication and strategies for change management initiatives
Prosci Certification
Master's in Communication or related field
