About the role:
The Glance Collective arm is building multiple D2C brands leveraging the Glance/Roposo ecosystem by tying up with celebrities and influencers.
As the Glance Collective marketing head, you will be reporting to the CEO of Glance Collective and will help build multiple Celebrity & Influencer led D2C brands. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating these brands, developing their brand and GTM strategy and driving ongoing brand activation and demand generation, in line with overall strategy for each brand. You will also work closely with the Glance and Roposo teams in jointly creating an end-to-end brand proposition on these platforms:
Overall Strategy
: The Glance Collective Marketing Head will be responsible for the branding and marketing of In-house brands, working closely with our partner-creators. This will include creating and launching brands, developing brand assets across customer touchpoints, as well as driving growth through digital activation and social media management.
Brand development
: You will co-create brands with our partner-creators defining the brand personality, identity and purpose. You will also support merchandising, helping translate the brand personality into relevant product lines across elements of the marketing mix.
Launches and Brand campaigns
: You will develop and execute brand launches leveraging internal and external channels. You will also run regular brand campaigns to increase awareness and salience of the brand.
360degree Brand communication:
You will own the brand communication, engagement and reputation management across communication & distribution channels including online store(s) and social media.
Brand growth & digital marketing
: As the marketing head, you will drive growth and visibility for the brand through digital activation including (but not limited to) performance marketing, social media marketing, partnerships and media buying. You will also plan and execute digital events that showcase the brand. You will work closely with Glance and Roposo teams to build content led marketing and live commerce concepts – to create an end to end offering for launch, as well as ongoing sustenance of the brand on these platforms
The ideal candidate will have:
>8 years of marketing experience in one or more of the following industries – fashion, beauty or personal care.
Proven expertise in building and/or managing large digital-first or digitally native brands.
Hands on experience in managing performance marketing budgets.
Experience in building a strong brand following and engagement on social media
Experience in the following topics is an added plus:
Celebrity based campaigns
Online store build
Exposure across brands in multiple categories
Influencer marketing
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Delivered successful campaigns and projects on time, and on budget.
Right attitude to work as a team-player with multiple cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include:
