SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
Based out of the IMN Headquarters in Waltham, MA, this position will manage and foster on-board OEM accounts at the corporate level and regional level (when required) as well as support new OEM business efforts both tactically and strategically. Act as liaison between the Sales (OEM Team, Territory Managers, Telesales), Client Account Services, Marketing, Salesforce and Creative teams to ensure OEM program/partnership is executed according to plan and to standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES
OEM Client Management
Lead IMN point person with OEM - establish/maintain relationship with Lead Client
Understand OEM needs, processes, opportunities
Travel to Client once a quarter (minimum) to review content strategy, metrics & opportunities (IMN efforts/communications/new products)
New OEM Business Support/Pitches
Participate in presentations/presentation development
Compile/prepare data information for use with new OEMs
Aid in coordinating assets, dealers, content with Client Acct Svcs for sale efforts

Metrics
Monthly eNewsletter OEM reporting
National-level
Regional-level
District-level (in some OEM instances)
Quarterly Executive Summaries
Monthly OEM Overview/Contract document updates/distribution to ASG and upload to Salesforce
Ad hoc reporting from Salesforce
Creative
OEM Content Calendar: maintenance, review/approval of OEM, confirmation to IMN team
Obtain OEM-supplied final approved content (image assets and copy)
Product/Lifestyle info to Craig F/Davis/Client Acct Svcs
Promo info to Client Acct Svcs/Craig F
Review Parent e-newsletters prior to test sends (i.e. check against content calendar)
Review select dealer e-newsletters in-conjunction with test sends
Ensure all required approvals have been obtained
Ensure OEM requested changes have been completed
New OEM Launches/Dealer Enrollment Support
Coordinate masthead options (for dealers and for IMN) for OEM approval/selection/use
Coordinate contract development and landing page URL development
Create dealer lead files: develop/format source files/mailing files/report files/suppression files, provide to Salesforce Admin for use by Sales teams/Marketing
Create program folders in Salesforce and upload all launch materials for full ASG team to access
Manage questions through to/from OEM Client and distribute answers/approvals
Integral in developing marketing materials, stats, reports, research for sales teams
Develop FAQs, collect announcement letters, etc
Coordinate marketing material schedules/communications with Marketing
Account Services Communication
Conduit to Acct Svcs for the Sales Team (i.e. dealer on-boarding status, enrollment status, dealer send status)
Provide OEM updates/information (including dealer lists/Regional break-outs) to Acct Svcs team
Investigate/query misc dealer enrollment/contract/payment issues
QUALIFICATIONS (skills/requirements):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
8 years automotive industry experience.
Strong presentation, communication, client services, project management and interpersonal skills.
Strong multi-tasking skills, with flexibility to re-prioritize regularly.
Experience with Automotive Industry Clients – Dealers, OEM Corporate, OEM Field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office:

Versed in Salesforce™ navigation, use and report-generation.
Confidentiality, high ethical standards, excellent use of judgment and discretion.
