About the job
The Product Marketing team at Twilio Segment is responsible for defining the next chapter of customer engagement through world-class messaging and positioning, storytelling and customer insights. The Product Marketing team plays an integral role in talking to and listening to customers, to understand their delights, needs and frustrations; and using that to inform the product narrative and roadmap.
This position is needed to develop and support this vision for the future of customer engagement for our EMEA markets, focused on Twilio Segment’s industry leading Customer Data Platform (CDP) and its products, Connections, Protocols, Personas and Engage. In this role you will be instrumental in developing our positioning, messaging and GTM activities around product launches, thought leadership, content, and campaign development. The first regional senior product marketer in EMEA will be a builder who enjoys working in a fast paced and collaborative environment. This role requires someone who is a fantastic storyteller and writer while being comfortable presenting to large audiences of prospects, customers and industry analysts.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Craft compelling positioning and positioning to convey the value of our products, with a focus on the EMEA region.
Collaborate on in region launches of new products and features by collaborating with product management, marketing, and sales.
Partner with key stakeholders across marketing and enablement to to increase customer adoption and product revenue.
Develop a deep understanding of our customers and keep a pulse on the competitive landscape to inform our go-to-market strategy.
Synthesize market, customer success, and sales needs to help inform and develop the product roadmap.
Become an advocate and expert on Twilio’s customer engagement platform (CEP)

Required:
8 years of relevant work experience (marketing, product, sales), including 4 years of B2B product marketing experience.
Incredibly organized and efficient—you take on complex projects and campaigns and own them from start to finish.
Can lead feature launches autonomously and contribute to large product launches
Have experience marketing a product to product management, marketing, engineering or analytics teams.
Have strong product instincts and technical curiosity that translate to clear positioning, messaging and sales enablement materials.
Have exceptional written, communication, and speaking skills and enjoy producing external facing content and presentations.
Thrive in cross-functional environments and can effectively collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams.
Approach all projects with a customer-first mindset.
Fluent in English and preferably one other European language
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Desired:
Knowledgeable positioning and marketing products in customer data space with a keen understanding of data privacy
Experience being a regional product marketing manager to a US based technology company
Experience marketing to the marketer persona and interest in marketing software solutions.
Experience working with the analyst community and presenting them with a point of view on product and industry trends.
MBA is a plus.
