SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
HOURS OF WORK: Full Time, 40 hours per week, overtime as required

Working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, interested candidates must be able to adapt to a quickly shifting landscape while prioritizing issues and maintaining open lines of communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Enter newscasts and other programming in the in the IBMS scheduling system for CTV and CTV2 stations across the country *Create and distribute whitesheets and other scheduling reports to internal and external contacts *Track changes to news schedules due to holidays and other local programming requests *Communicate with the other members of the scheduling group to ensure all needed information has been entered in the system before distributing reports *Maintain other reports as needed to support the linear and digital schedules *Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Post-secondary diploma/degree in media or equivalent experience *Experience in the IBMS scheduling system preferred *Previous programming experience an asset *Solid knowledge of Excel and Outlook required *Proven ability to multi-task while maintaining extreme attention to detail *Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage up, especially when working to deadline *Ability to thrive in both team and independent working environments *Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
