The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing & Consumer Engagement will develop and execute engaging brand partnerships and programs to increase traffic, sales and brand consideration, with a focus on the Domestic customer. This individual will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, global teams and external partners to support brand strategies and deliver commercial results.  This position will report to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing, Partnerships & Consumer Engagement for Tommy Hilfiger North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as point person for external partners, ensuring execution of programs meet strategic business needs, while aligning with brand standards
  • Identify distinct omni-channel opportunities and partnerships at key moments to engage, acquire and retain customers
  • Ensure marketing partnerships and programs are successful, metrics-driven, goal-oriented and true to the Tommy Hilfiger brand
  • Update Sr. Director and key players on all partnerships and initiatives throughout the process – key milestones, reviews, approvals, learnings and recaps
  • Develop a consumer-centric calendar to plan key moments and cultural activations
  • Leverage field partners (retail stores) and seek opportunities to increase store participation at key moments. Educate teams on programs with optimism and passion.
  • Leverage insights to develop a deep understanding of our target customer, identify new partnership opportunities and sharpen strategies for engagement
  • Work closely with creative partners to ensure messaging follows the strategic vision and is delivered with excellence, based on the business and brand priorities
  • Accountable for measuring results and exploring ways to improve performance
  • Responsible for budget and expenses
  • In depth knowledge of the industry, trends and key players in the market
  • Develop various presentations for internal and external communication

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Marketing, Communications or Business, preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing/brand management
  • Ability to lead, inspire and influence teams
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level; ideate and execute
  • Confident and comfortable with presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic, empathetic, curious and open minded
  • Passion for the industry and Brand
  • Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines
  • MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Teams, WebEx, Keynote, Power Point
  • Must be organized, highly detail-oriented and accurate
  • Excellent communicator, compelling storyteller (both verbally and written)
  • Strong ability to analyze results of programs, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
  • Strong project management and planning skills, with ability to manage, prioritize, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Agency background/experience a plus
  • Extremely proactive with a strong bias for action. Naturally inquisitive; desire to continuously improve current business practices/processes
  • Customer-centric marketer who understands how to form valuable partnerships and leverage opportunities to strengthen the brand and business 
  • Must be able to stay current on industry trends and make recommendations accordingly
  • Ability to interpret data, draft recaps/presentations, and make actionable recommendations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented/innovative traits necessary
  • Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of business and projects
