POSITION SUMMARY: 

Supply planning and order management are established in conjunction with demand plans and supply chain process to meet business needs and achieve company financial target;

Work closely with demand planning, merchandising, logistic and commercial team to drive the full order management and supply planning process;

With higher quality supply planning to maximize opportunities to grow sales and profits, while minimizing risk.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

In-Season:

  • Manage order and shipment status for all brands, propose required AC date based on China consumer touch points, merchandising launch plan and transport lead time;
  • Risk assessment of on time delivery performance, be good at analysis potential risk, investigate root cause and provide workable solution.
  • Negotiate with regional supply planning/sourcing for any delay, shortage and quality issues, voice out our reasonable requirement and report it on weekly basis;
  • Evaluate the sales opportunities and risk based on updated order & shipment status and quantify the impact by brand by channel by city on weekly basis;
  • Be sensitive to marketplace trend, have knowledge of business sense.
  • Establish purchasing plan by brands, rolling forecast and submit to finance team and demand planning on monthly basis for inventory rolling purpose;
  • Weekly/Monthly inbound estimation to support logistic and allocation team;
  • 12 months rolling forecast on NOS program, and based on safety level inventory to establish reasonable demand, and monitor the whole inventory rolling month by month.
  • Order allocation for wholesale channel. Weekly report update to cross functional teams.

Pre-Season:

  • Based on initial product list and production lead time to figure out the risks between our CCTP and Vendor initial AC plan, voice out and negotiate with regional supply planning and merchandising team to meet our CCTP;
  • Based on demand forecast to build yearly purchase budget plan by brand;

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:   

At least 8 years of practical working experience in supply planning and inventory planning, preferably in multi-national company related to fashion industry

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to plan tasks and timetable in advance, manage and coordinate timetable with multiple business units;
  • Fluent English communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Influential and effective communicator

Education:  University Graduate preferable in the Supply Product Management, Statistics or relative discipline.
