We are looking for an outstanding Senior Marketing Programs Manager with demonstrable experience in driving integrated, multi-touch programs across the Americas Region to create pipeline for Field marketing.
Reporting to the Program Marketing Director for Americas, you will be responsible for the portfolio storage subscription service marketing program strategy and execution across the theater. You will work with the Global Integrated Marketing team and the Regional marketing teams to leverage relevant expertise to effectively drive awareness and demand across all segments of the business.
The successful candidate will have a strong demand generation foundation as well as an understanding of the channel and an inherent interest in all marketing technology with significant expertise in all aspects of the marketing mix and ecosystem.
Develop and implement jointly with all stakeholders: sales, business units, integrated marketing and technical leadership the pipeline generation and acceleration programs for Evergreen//One (Storage-as-a-Service)
Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets, with focus on new logo accounts and accelerating existing opportunities.
Interface with sales to determine sales demand generation needs, and work with product/solution marketing to develop tools, programs in a box, campaigns and content
Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including agencies, direct mail providers, and fulfillment services
Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional and local programs
Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing in a timely manner.
Deploy ready-to-carry-out marketing tactics and provide sales enablement using various channels including digital, events, and social media
Ensure global marketing campaign development is in alignment with America's priorities; responsible for taking global campaign material and implementing regionally
Understand alliance business model to help shape the route to market strategy
Drive co-development of joint strategic alliance partner go-to-market including the execution of those plans in collaboration with both company’s field marketing team and channel partners.
Co-develop success metrics and associated dashboards for reporting. Track specific programs and campaigns to ensure we are meeting goals.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
8 years’ experience in integrated marketing for a high-growth and emerging
technology business
Experience with as-a-service models, datacenter financial and operational knowledge, hybrid cloud marketing a plus
Growth hacker mentality with ability to introduce innovative demand gen activities that have proven to be the first to market, best-in-class or exclusive in their execution
Solid background in developing technology positioning, messaging and content (preferred)
Results-driven with ability to determine and articulate program effectiveness, ROI and forecasting
Extensive hands on experience with content management, marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo and SFDC preferred)
Experience in developing and managing integrated marketing plans. Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across the company, including regional and global marketing teams, sales, sales operations and IT
BS or BA in a technical or business discipline (MBA a plus)
Willingness and ability to work in an open office, team environment
