Humana Pharmacy Solutions (HPS) is looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Professional who can develop communications strategies and campaigns to educate members on ways they can save money and improve their health behaviors. HPS is focused on the well-being of our members and we believe there's a role for us to play as a well-being partner who will empower customers to live a life that's healthy, active and rewarding. This a remote role working from home anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities

The Senior CRM Marketing Professional will work side-by-side with our Pharmacy partners to identify business goals for our outreach, develop innovative strategies to meet those objectives, lead the communications team through flawless execution, and measure success so we can continuously improve our efforts.

As a Senior CRM Marketing Professional you will:


Play a leading role in consulting with business partners and developing communications solutions for our members
Develop communications strategies and implement campaigns for one of the company's top business priorities: encouraging our consumers to make smart healthcare choices
Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Play a leading role with other team members to achieve the business goals of Humana Pharmacy Solutions and Humana Pharmacy mail order
Identify, analyze and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, market research and competitive intelligence
Use your problem-solving skills, be organized, show attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience in leading or managing marketing and/or communications initiatives (marketing leadership, project management, business strategy, etc.)
Digital Marketing expertise
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and create communications that achieve business goals
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines of targeted or market-driven projects/campaigns
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications


Master's Degree in marketing, communications or related field plus
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership ability
Experience working with copywriters, graphic designers, and print/email/phone vendors
Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs
Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy and/or clinical concepts and conditions A PLUS
Experience in a results-oriented marketing and communications environment


Additional Requirements/Information

Covid-19 Vaccine Requirement

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.

Work at Home/Remote Requirements


Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required


Travel

Based on current guidance from the CDC, local and state governments, and Humana leadership related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak have extended travel restrictions until further notice. The policy will be reassessed as the situation warrants. Once these restrictions are lifted this role may require quarterly travel depending on business needs.
