Responsibilities
Use your design, social media and employment brand expertise to help us celebrate and share our culture. The Talent Marketing Strategist plans and implements brand and social strategies using a variety of media channels to increase awareness for associates and prospective employees. The Talent Marketing Strategist elevates our employer brand through research, data, content and tactics. Additionally, the strategist will create and manage campaigns, provide reporting, and ensure ROI.
Other responsibilities include:
Strategic direction of talent-oriented social media accounts
Managing relationships with third party vendors
Close consultation with our recruiting team to create marketing strategies that support team goals
Strong partnership with internal partners to strengthen, promote, and engage our employer brand
The Senior Professional, Marketing Campaign Management identifies target audiences and specific messages, channels, content and tactics; coordinates end-to-end campaign life-cycle. Maintains campaign-related documentation (e.g., media plans, creative executions, etc.). Develops and maintains budgets to oversee costs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field
3-5 years of Social Media Marketing and Graphic Design experience
Expertise using Adobe Creative Suite software
Business-to-consumer marketing experience
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Desire to create products that delight
As a WAH associate, you will be required to work from your own home and no other location. You must have a room in your home designated as a home office; away from high traffic areas where confidential information may be secured. You must provide your own high speed DSL or a cable modem. Satellite and/or wireless internet connections are NOT permitted. A minimum internet speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) internet speed is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Marketing Experience for a Fortune 500 company
Ability to create deliverables with strong aesthetic appeal
Experience in Sprinklr
Experience in Recruitment Talent Marketing
