Description:
We are a startup marketing agency based out of LA. We provide the following services: social media marketing, web design and development, SEO, graphic design, branding, blogs, and much more. We serve industries such as the car industry, financial, food, beauty, legal, etc.. We need an awesome marketing specialist that can manage the whole team and come up with ideas that are out of this world.
Hours:
• Free to work whenever you want. Get work done before deadline.
• Be online Monday – Thursday 9am -3pm PST. Los Angeles time.
• 30 minute - 1 hour conference calls on Sundays. Most likely at 11am PST
Pay:
Depending on your experience.
Tasks:
• Come up with ideas for new clients.
• Be good at Lead gen and PPC (FB, Google, Linkedin, Amazon).
• Oversee Pay-per-click(PPC), Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine
Optimization, Websites, Rebranding, etc…
• Conference calls with clients. Brief the team after that.
• Always lead the team and be likeable to them.
• Keep the client happy.
• Be in communication with the client.
• Give critical feedback to the team.
• Critical feedback on pitch decks (New and existing business).
• Critical feedback to designers.
Skills:
• Native or fluent in English.
• Some creative writing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Understand what is good marketing and what is bad marketing.
• Technical knowledge.
