We’re looking for a North America Marketing Manage
r to join our expanding Marketing team. This role will be responsible for creating go-to-market strategies & campaigns to drive new and renewal revenue - specifically focused on the North America Elite market, comprising Pro Teams and D1 colleges. These efforts result in a mixture of new customer acquisition, revenue expansion, cross-sell and retention for assigned target markets and products. You will execute strategic communication plans and marketing programs that create awareness, generate high quality leads, shepherd prospects into qualified opportunities for our sales team and then ensure the customer is on-boarded, engaged and retained year-over-year. The ideal candidate will be invested in the philosophy of our products with a desire to help our users succeed. When our teams win, you feel like you’ve won.
Hudl has a flexible location policy. We'll leave it up to you to decide where you want to work: our Lincoln HQ, our Omaha office, or our Boston office, as well as the comforts of your own home with the option to work in office as needed. #LI-Remote

You will
Research.
Gather customer insights and data points to inform campaign creation.
Plan.
Compose project briefs across multiple marketing channels; set clear timelines and milestones.
Coordinate.
Establish project plans working closely with cross functional key stakeholders and hold everyone accountable.
Execute.
Build and optimize revenue generating and churn decreasing marketing campaigns, ensuring proper tracking mechanisms are in place.
Evaluate.
Assess campaign performance, gather feedback from frontline teams and lead team retros.
Optimize.
Track and broadly report out on progress; document action Items, takeaways and next steps; optimize campaign.
Budget.
Work within the marketing budget and deliver positive marketing ROI.
Support.
Equip Sales, CSM and Support with resources to sell / retain efficiently and effectively.
