Sales And Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator supports and manages the marketing efforts and leadership on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns. They work closely with employees in other functions, such as advertising, market research, production, sales, and distribution.
Responsibilities
€ Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the organization's activities.
€ Support executives in organizing various projects and initiatives.
€ Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media account; write marketing literature including but not limited to brochures, press releases and companywide communications.
€ Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral including such as business cards, uniforms or supplies.
€ Monitor sales leads across all divisions to ensure successful follow up and execution.
€ Performs other related duties as assigned.
€ Follows up on contacts made by the CEO and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships.
€ Manages a variety of special projects for the CEO, including but not limited to:
Marketing: Support marketing initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing. Design and order marketing collateral such as brochures, portfolio books, and company swag. Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice. Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts. Manage the company website and keep it updated with new projects.
Sales: Manage all aspects of inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification and management.
Critical Competencies:
€ Must have considerable knowledge with basic marketing and sales techniques.
€ Ability to accurately work under pressure in meeting deadlines.
€ Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with little direct supervision.
Education and Experience:
€ Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in the field of marketing or another related field. Experience may be considered as a substitute for this requirement.
€ Must have excellent organizational skills.
€ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
€ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Physical Requirements:
€ Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
€ Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Other Physical Requirements:
€ Marketing Coordinator must wear appropriate attire when visiting a job site. This may include but not be limited to steel-toed boots, must wear protective eye-wear, hearing protection, and hard hats. Every McKenzie employee must adhere to McKenzie Safety Guidelines.
