Description
The Associate, Retail Marketing Campaign Management plans, recommends and implements direct response lead generating marketing communication programs designed to increase sales and awareness for the organization's products and/or services.
Responsibilities
The Associate, Marketing Campaign Management contributes to the operational execution of direct response lead generating direct mail and email materials/assets. These campaigns primarily support our suite of Medicare products and are aimed at prospective and current members. This associate is responsible for overseeing the campaign strategy and creative process, leading initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Project management of direct mail campaign strategy, creative and processes
Ensure campaigns operate at peak efficiency, staying on schedule and budget
Plans, oversees and implements detailed schedules
Direct and build relationships with internal and external production and execution partners
Initiate collaboration across teams to align on expectations, meet deadlines and increase productivity
Maintain a high quality and compliance standard of product and delivery
Recommend and evaluate processes, procedures and quality to gain efficiencies
Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Maintain marketing materials and tracking identifiers
Assemble competitor insights and evaluations - identifying trends and bringing forth innovative ideas

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
Experience working in an advertising agency, production/printing company, corporate marketing department, or relevant field
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines
Highly detail oriented, organized and proactive
Experience and expertise in proofing creative
Exceptional in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Relationship building and communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience Budgeting and overseeing target metrics
Understanding of direct mail and email creative and production processes
Understanding of direct marketing
Additional Information
This position is a remote and/or can be a home/office hybrid schedule if located near Louisville, KY. Available during EST business hours is required.
Work-At-Home Requirements:
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
