Job Summary
Xfinity's Digital Experience & Platform Intelligence (DXPI) team is looking for a Director that will lead the team responsible for strategic analytics, performance analytics, and insights that power **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s residential cable Xfinity.com website and eCommerce growth. This includes the leadership, development, and build out of a team of analysts, leading the development and enhancement of performance reporting, distilling insights for leadership, supporting internal customers, and collaboratively partnering with other data and reporting teams. In addition to informing digital conversion results, the candidate will also proactively consider the cross-channel impact of new sales initiatives for both new and existing customers. This person will demonstrate a proven track record of shaping business strategy with data and analytics. Confidence in developing and delivering presentations to Senior Executives is needed, as well as being and effective leader, critical thinker, self-starter, team builder, collaborator, and an excellent communicator. The individual must also demonstrate a deep competency with developing, and leading others to develop, effective analyses & summarizations of data, web analytics, the application statistical and modeling techniques to make decisions, and data visualization.

CoreResponsibilities
Primary eCommerce analytics leader responsible for reporting & insights on all prospect and customer cohorts shopping on Xfinity.com.
Functions as a subject-matter expert on KPI and benchmarks for web analytics that provide actionable insights and inform action.
Deliver high quality, timely, and actionable context that define opportunities and risks and translate into clear recommendations with associated implications for the business.
Demonstrate 'big picture' understanding of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s business drivers, and develop innovative analytical frameworks to address them
Proactively leverage CX tools to monitor & report on the health of the website and primary subdomains.
Develop deep working relationships with business stakeholders to become a trusted partner for their data and analytical needs
Educate stakeholders to empower them with accessible, actionable data and insights
Develop and present detailed quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to senior executive in a manner that is easily interpreted and aids strategic and tactical decision making
Ability to work with leaders across the organization to standardize definitions for key performance indicators and report out on an ongoing basis
Expert competency in Adobe Analytics, applied to understand the customer purchase journey on Xfinity.com (i.e. pages & call-to-actions that users interact with, add-to-cart rates, conversion rates, etc.) for customers buying Internet, TV, Voice, Xfinity Home, Xfinity Mobile and other products.
Create Adobe Analytics dashboards and data visualizations in Powerpoint and Excel to tell an analytic story and allow stakeholders to self-serve on data
Must be innovative, proactive and a strong manager with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects with attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Take the initiative to dive into performance trends and uncover driving factors, potential issues, and opportunities
Communicate findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. executives and decision makers

Experience with SQL strongly preferred
Experience with Quantum, Pointillist, Tableau a plus
Education Level
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Field of Study
Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative related fields. The equivalent in related work experience may be substituted.
