Twilio is looking for a product marketing professional with a positive outlook, who is smart, creative, thoughtful, collaborative, and organized, and who thrives at the center of world-class communications. They also have:
Outstanding verbal, written and storytelling skills
Direct experience working with C-level executives to manage and drive their executive communications
Proven track record to create and execute a C-level thought-leadership keynote presentation that breaks through the noise and tells a memorable story
Enough technical knowledge to translate product capabilities into benefits that address real customer/user pain points
Ability to navigate across the business and effectively lead a large, diverse group of partners through the content-creation process in order to gather their input and drive alignment – while keeping the final deliverable on track
6 years of experience executive communications and/or product marketing
4 years of experience leading strategic initiatives at world-class, high-growth enterprise technology organizations
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Executive Communications, your goals are to:
Develop C-level thought leadership content to articulate the company’s vision and priorities while positioning the executive as an industry spokesperson, business leader and inspiring leader
Build Twilio’s influence with executive audiences by creating content for the Engage Everywhere series
Support the product marketing and field teams by creating and maintaining corporate pitch decks that tell a differentiated narrative aligning to real customer needs

DRAW THE OWL: Twilio is a fast-growing company and there is no rule book to follow. You will define what we do and how we do it, working to ensure we tell an integrated story that ties together our vision and entire product portfolio.
WEAR THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES: You will focus on telling our story in a way that appeals to Twilio’s audiences, leaving out jargon and unnecessary prose.
EMPOWER OTHERS: The platform marketing team must work closely with teams across the company, including recent high-profile acquisitions. You will need to collaborate effectively to enable everyone to deliver their best work.
NO SHENANIGANS: Working closely with Twilio’s C-level executives means that you will be a trusted confidant. You will use your access and information judiciously.
RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE: Despite our rapid growth, you will still need to prioritize, focusing on the projects and outputs that have the most impact to Twilio and to our customers.
