: The Computer Software division of a Safety Science firm is looking for a software product marketing professional. This position needs someone with solid software product marketing experience coupled with Demand Generation. B2B Software or Services experience is needed. Understanding and articulating prospect pain/need, writing messaging, collateral (blogs, eBooks, articles, social media), creating field enablement content and working with business partners to create campaigns then executing those campaigns is what this job entails. The company as multiple marketing roles open. Any domain experience with building certifications, especially in the area of air quality or renewable energy solutions, especially wind or chemical data management solutions would be nice to have but not needed. This job can be remote anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
: Drive the development of marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and other assets to support the sales team and facilitate lead generation.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Supports the creation of global Product Marketing strategy.
Tracks marketing investments, manages execution, and analyzes results for continuous improvement. Collaborates with sales and product leads to understand the competitive landscape and drive demand in line with business goals.
Supports and executes client acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth.
Plans and project manages market and trend research to identify new opportunities and ensure proper product targeting.
Gathers and analyzes insights to influence business decisions and shape Product Marketing strategy.
Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations to craft compelling content to drive product awareness and purchase.

Partners with sales to foster a continuous feedback loop.
Requirements
: 5-12 years relevant/related experience.
Experience in the areas of product marketing, demand generation, campaign management, and product marketing.
Solid written and oral communication
Demonstrated collaboration skills
Strong project planning and management
Strong analytical skills
Significant experience working with senior leaders
Undergraduate degree required. MBA preferred but not required
