Description
Humana's Stars Member Experience team is looking for a Senior Program Delivery Professional to strategically identify, develop, and implement programs that positively influence member perception and health outcomes. The role will focus on leveraging insights and analytics to create, optimize, measure and scale member-facing interventions.
Responsibilities
The Senior Program Delivery Professional manages programs targeting improvement in quality within our Medicare population. Will collaboratively develop strategy, oversee execution of tactics and measure results of programs and their impact to results on the Medicare CAHPS survey and Health Outcomes Survey.
The Senior Program Delivery Professional will:
Partner with leaders regarding strategy and implementation planning
Review and communicate results of programs
Begin to influence department's strategy
Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components; work is performed without direction
Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience leading broad initiatives with cross-functional collaboration
Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines while implementing projects
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Strong relationship building skills
Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of healthcare or clinical concepts and conditions. Experience with the CMS Star Rating Program and CAHPS/HOS survey measures is especially valued.
Background in data-driven marketing campaign design, implementation and measurement
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
Strong analytical skills
Additional Requirements
This position will be hybrid home/office in Louisville, KY or fully remote, depending on candidate needs. Fully remote associates may need to travel to Louisville once or twice per quarter, as appropriate. Will be working in Eastern Standard Time.
