Job Description:


Embed and implement end to end product lifecycle management process in Latin America MD’s and JV’s organizations, from product introduction, regular portfolio review to product withdrawal.
Ensure product portfolio health with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) metrics, tools and processes. Minimize complexity and maximize profitability of the portfolio to support Latin America (LATAM) Measured Depth (MD) growth vision.
Lead the collaboration among marketing, supply chain, Offshore Technology Conference (OTC), sales, etc. for product lifecycle management process excellence and providing the right products for business growth strategy.
Work closely with global PLM and marketing teams to deploy global PLM processes, metrics/KPIs, tools in LATAM MD.
Manage all lubricants and filters introduction and withdrawal processes implementation in the LATAM MD Region.
Ensure new product introduction and withdrawal is adhered to PLM process, business requirement and financial hurdle are met.
Ensure new product introduction and withdrawal fit the portfolio strategy and meet the constraint (e.g. hurdle rate, hard limit).
Monitor effectiveness of the PLM process and take actions for improvement to meet customer/business needs.
Prioritize various portfolio projects with understanding of business growth, customer needs and supply capacity/efficiency.
Define and lead LATAM MD regular portfolio review for portfolio optimization and simplification at a regular basis. Monitor portfolio health continuously and lead the corrective actions for improvement.
Implement global PLM toolkits and process in LATAM MD. Drive PLM process excellence, e.g. time to market, underperforming SKUs, BCI success rate, SKUs convergence, hard limits, etc.
Track PLM metrics/KPIs at a monthly basis to identify success and clear actions for improvement.
Own LATAM PLM process for marketing and represent lubricants marketing in collaboration with LSC PLM implementation team and planning team.
As PLM process super user, train the organization on PLM process, toolkits and solve problem.

Requirements:


Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum (6) six years of experience in marketing, supply chain or technical experience required.
Thorough understanding of the Lubricants market and its challenges is a must have.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage complexity with multiple interfaces.
Strong analytical skills and data analysis ability.
Experience/knowledge with GSAP, project management
Fluency in Spanish preferred.
