Job Purpose/Summary:

You are responsible for analyzing statistics and looking for ways that Tyson Foodservice can improve its digital marketing efforts. These efforts include things like digital web analytics, organic search marketing (SEO), social media ads, display banner ads, and online branding. You are responsible for tracking key metrics and KPI’s related to acquisition through paid media, earned media, owned media and outcomes. You will track prospect and customer behavior related to traffic, bounce rates, time on site and number of pages visited and make recommendations to improve performance based upon known best practices and be responsible for building visualizations to story-tell to stakeholders about your findings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Conduct & support recurring reporting to track, monitor & analyze KPIs across ecommerce (direct to consumer) and digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, email, affiliate, all paid media, organic social)

Empower the team with accessible data and an analytical framework that drives action

Act as the owner and trainer for all analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics

Support the development and implementation of data capture by understanding the business objectives, the technical implications and the associated KPIs

Partner with team to build segmentation and testing strategies & execution; establish analysis framework, collaborate on prioritization, testing iterations, segmentation activation

Partner with the Business Intelligence (BI) team solve complex problems and maintain data integrity across systems

Lead monthly and quarterly business analysis; work with team to build comprehensive analysis and deliver understanding of actions, campaigns & factors that drove results

Work closely with Marketing Automation & Website leads to share data-driven analysis around content performance to support content marketing strategy, email marketing and SEO efforts

Assist digital marketing channel owners to assess partners’ performance as it relates to core business KPIs

Provide support for ad-hoc data & research requests, as needed

Requirements:



BA/BS degree in Marketing or relevant field

2 Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 360, required

2 years SEO experience, and understanding of web traffic metrics, required

Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google and other social media best practices

Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

Good understanding of social media KPIs

Excellent multitasking skills

Great leadership skills

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
