The Senior UX Research Professional performs data analysis supporting learning plans via management and usage of consumer behavioral, demographic, and attitudinal data. The Senior UX Research Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior UX Research Professional uses data analytics to provide insights in support of new insights, translates results of analyses into actionable recommendations. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

The Senior UX Research Professional performs research specific to design and user experience on the CenterWell site and app.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Market research experience
Experience in a UX environment working with different digital properties
Data analysis experience
Understanding and experience with a variety of research methodologies
Possess the ability to write queries, create forms, reports and documents in Access and Excel
Project Management experience
Experience communicating complex and functional strategies to senior management.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Master's degree or other graduate degree
Experience in the health insurance industry
