The Senior Marketing Campaign Professional
plans, recommends and implements marketing communication programs using a variety of media channels, promotions and events designed to increase sales and awareness for the organization's products and/or services. Responsibilities include the analysis of situations or data that requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This role will be focused on the CenterWell Home Health service line and will successfully develop consumer-centric, and B2B multi-channel targeted campaigns that meet or exceed identified KPIs within a collaborative cross-functional team.
The Senior Marketing Campaign Professional identifies target audiences and specific messages, channels, content and tactics; coordinates end-to-end campaign life-cycle. Maintains campaign-related documentation (e.g., media plans, creative executions, etc.). Develops and maintains budgets to oversee costs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Influences department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Manage data-driven marketing campaigns through all aspects of multi-channel direct marketing, including planning, campaign messaging inbound and outbound call scripts, email, direct mail and digital touchpoints, etc.), campaign execution, and results monitoring.
Manage test & learn initiatives to deliver on an integrated patient-centric and B2B engagement strategy.
Manage vendor relationships with Marketing team’s promotional goods provider, marketing on demand vendor and associate badge supplier.
Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence.
Utilize problem-solving and organization skills, demonstrate attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs.
Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance to key business partners.
Experience optimizing marketing activities by leveraging analytics.
Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field
5 years of progressive marketing experience including business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Able to execute own activities with generally defined goals and minimal supervision
Works within a multi-disciplinary and cross-functional team with respect towards others and focused on successfully meeting team goals.
Ability to influence cross-functional team members without formal authority or management control
Excellent planning and project management, organizational, communication, and human relations skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities required
Effective oral and written communication skills
This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination
