The Director, Global Digital Marketing Programs has responsibility for leading the growth of Pure’s global paid digital marketing strategy and optimization of our paid programs while firmly positioning us for sustained growth. Reporting to the VP, DIgital Demand Center, you will be focused on ensuring we deliver an impactful message to prospects and customers at the right time, in the right channel throughout the buyer’s journey and customer lifecycle. You must have deep knowledge of performance-based digital marketing strategies, a strong operational mindset and be skilled at leveraging data to build an optimization and testing framework that delivers on core KPI’s. As part of Pure's Digital Demand Center, you will collaborate closely with internal marketing teams, agencies and key stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Collaboratively develop and execute a long-term global strategic digital marketing plan to increase awareness, engagement and conversion while maximizing on marketing investment.
Hyper-focused on program performance for all paid channels (search, social, programmatic, content syndication, etc.), developing and monitoring weekly measurement reporting for all digital channels and marketing campaigns, and tracking against assigned goals (ROAS, ROI and KPIs).
Maximize prospect and consumer engagement by leveraging data insights to anticipate needs while exceeding expectations, delivering an increase in qualified traffic, improving conversion, and driving sales growth.
Serves as an internal digital marketing thought leader; helping to identify digital marketing trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity and testing opportunities that help drive the business forward.
Develop strong collaborative relationships with regional marketing stakeholders and manage digital marketing agencies to maximize growth and marketing investment.
Collaborates with the Web Experiences, Content, SEO and Global Programs teams to manage conversion rate optimization for paid and organic traffic quality and contribution.
Manage a comprehensive global digital budget and build complex global media plans.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Bachelor’s degree required
8-10 years of experience in B2B technology managing best-in-class digital programs, digital media planning and driving execution for paid search, social, content syndication and programmatic media (inclusive of all ad types). Experience managing a small team and digital agencies a plus.
Experience building compelling B2B digital journeys driving increased brand awareness / share of voice, new customer acquisition engagement and monetization.
Strong familiarity with the B2B marketing funnel and customer acquisition process as well as experience marketing to Strategic Accounts and Enterprise segments leveraging intent signals, targeting and ABM tactics.
Strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution, and problem-solving capabilities. Track record of managing large global budgets that drive quantifiable results.
Strong proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge with Adobe Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate strategy and rationale. work well across all departments.
