Description
The Marketing Data and Analytics team is a part of Humana's Marketing Organization, supporting marketing initiatives with actionable data and insights across the full consumer lifecycle. We are looking for a Senior Database Marketing Professional who will own campaign data in Marketing's Consumer Data Platform (CDP), as well as play a critical role in the integration conversations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Responsibilities
As this Senior Professional, you will work with IT to implement features with CDP's Core, Campaign and BI layers and collaborate with peers regarding new requirements and concepts. A successful candidate will be influential in their daily tasks. For example, they need to be able to communicate a vision for the product roadmap and gather buy-in on that vision.
Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to understand campaign and database requirements to support Communication Hub needs with CDP and audience selection
Author Requirements and facilitate meetings with IT to create a share understanding of the business need prior to handing off to IT
Responsible for defining 'done when' requirements and signing off when IT completes a feature
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology or similar
Ability to lead projects
Strong SQL skills
Strong personal computer and/or database, mathematical and project management ability
Strong analytical skills and an ability to support multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Experience with Python and/or VBA
Strong background in marketing technology tools

Work at Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
Travel
Based on current guidance from the CDC, local and state governments, and Humana leadership related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak have extended travel restrictions until further notice. The policy will be reassessed as the situation warrants. Once these restrictions are lifted this role may require quarterly travel depending on business needs.
