Job Summary
This position seeks to build a strong support relationship with its HRBP Director and business leaders within a particular business unit, focused on a particular district/country/function, as needed. This role produces new and engaging digital content utilizing multimedia. The incumbent will use creativity, and artistic techniques to tell a story through visual form. This position will work with cross-functional collaborators to ensure the data and content meets the needs of the reader. The incumbent will act as an overall function advocate, change champion, and support for the Director-level HRBP. Working with a team of data analyst, the incumbent will provide multimedia deliverables in the form of pictures, diagrams, charts, infographics, and slide decks. This position specializes in conceptualizing, developing, and executing visual and video assets as they may pertain to the project at hand. The incumbent will help the director-level HRBP to proactively forecast the needs of the business, partner with COE counterparts, and support the HRBP. This position may have additional project team support (i.e., Supervisor-level HRBP). This role will support specific projects and initiatives, as directed by the HRBP Director. The HRBP will support and be staffed based on the most complex business unit districts/countries/functions and as defined by more senior HRBPs in their organization.
Responsibilities
Supports specific projects and initiatives through detailed research, development of presentations, and detailed program design, as directed by the HRBP Director
Concepts, art directs and designs PowerPoint presentations and templates for senior-level executives
Uses creativity and artistic techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form
Understands the core business processes and drivers of a particular business unit’s district/country/function and is able to support the HRBP Director 
Analyzes and formats data to tell a story through data visualization and infographics
Develops creative and engaging approaches, both in writing and method, to connect with audience
Solves internal data visualization in a variety of formats including infographics, charts, diagrams, and maps
Develops deliverables to be presented to executive leadership team and board of directors
Leverages and guides additional HRBP Support (i.e., HRBP Supervisors) to support special projects and initiatives
Acts as an escalation point for Supervisor-level HRBPs, if applicable
Serves as coach for HRBP Supervisors and supports the most complex Business Unit district/country/function
Leverages business-relevant and workforce-level insights and trends to identify opportunity to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and overall employee experience through meaningful initiatives
Serves as an advocate for the BU’s district/country/function in developing and delivering joint BU-HR strategies
Works in partnership with HR Services to maintain business-specific policies, ensuring overall compliance
Supports and begins developing a trusted advisor relationship with the assigned business unit’s district/country/function and provides input into the advice and guidance, for business decisions, as directed by the HRBP Director
Seeks to understand various points of view to arrive at best solution

Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with senior level managers and executives
Experience with people management and development
Experience in Project Management 
MBA or advanced degree
Willing to travel as required
