We are looking for a Director of Brand Management to join our Brand Strategy and Creative team. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about building brands, horizontal relationships, and teams. A brand evangelist who is looking for a unique opportunity to help chart the vision and the course for an industry-defining brand - and a world-class marketing team.
SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE
Your key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute creative brand programs that will elevate awareness, loyalty, and love for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
Collaborate and partner closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure our brand strategy and brand system are reflected across all communications and customer touch points - while also enabling those teams with the right tools, brand guidelines, and training
Champion strategic and creative multi-platform brand campaigns globally by working with key local and regional stakeholders and, where necessary, remove roadblocks that are standing between the team and great work going to market
Assemble and mobilize agencies and cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated programs - from briefing through to strategic planning, creative development, and implementation - driving successful work that builds our brand, inspires our people and drives results
Partner with brand leaders and key stakeholders in region to understand market dynamics - and then ensure their voices and needs are successfully cared for in the work and initiatives being led by Global Work with internal stakeholders and our operations lead on the development of annual roadmaps, and determine where/how Brand team resources will support priorities identified in the roadmaps.
Define and roll-out new ways of working that will increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and happiness of the team Where appropriate, manage outside agency partners to develop and execute creative work
YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE...
10 years of experience - including corporate experience (requirement)
Demonstrated leadership experience, leading diverse teams to execute flawlessly and coaching individuals to achieve their full potential
Highly collaborative style capable of building and maintaining positive and productive working across departments; effectively building consensus and resolving complex issues within the project team.
Ability to ingest many inputs, and then simplify and synthesize those inputs into a form that can be easily understood and acted upon by cross-functional teams, including creative teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management and internal stakeholders - encouraging candid and open communications among groups, and having the confidence to engage in challenging conversations
Strong understanding of integrated marketing processes and their milestones including creative planning & development, media planning, production and reporting
