**A Day in the Life**
We offer you a job where you will be responsible for product marketing plans and downstream marketing activities for deep brain stimulation, pain management and pelvic health therapies. Regional marketing plans should help the business achieve revenue growth by gaining market share and developing the therapy.
**MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Local face and owner of (sub) regional marketing plan
Localizing the CEMA marketing strategy and converting this strategy into concrete actions. Devising, directing and coordinating marketing programs and promotions to boost sustainable market growth and market share gain of our therapies
Building strong relationship with local sales, drawing up a schedule for & overlooking the proposed marketing actions: campaigns, events, promotion, market research and public relations
Acting as the go-to person for marketing needs in the countries and as the liaison for CEMA and global team for all marketing needs and activities pertaining to clusters
Regularly connecting with local commercial leaders, T&E and market development to ensure timely execution on initiatives and maintaining alignment and focus on key priorities per country
Orchestrating collaboration with other SMEs (analytics, marketing excellence etc.), SAA's and VES to bring the required added value for local commercial teams
Developing a solid network of local customers and key accounts, maintaining solid engagement with them and systematically generating local customer insights
Impeccable understanding of local markets competitive landscape, access ecosystem and growth potential
- Owner of all downstream marketing in respective clusters
Balancing a solid product knowledge and local market(s) knowledge to develop and communicate competitive messaging to our internal and external stakeholders (incl. direct-to-patient when applicable)
Owning and locally coordinating product launches (acting as a counterpart for EMEA product marketers) to ensure products are properly positioned and that brochures, approvals, sales sheets and supporting materials are in place for impactful launches
Ensuring local commercial teams are focused on the right opportunities and are well-equipped in terms of training, key messages, positioning, engagement plans and communication material. This also includes localizing marketing material where needed

Collecting and consolidating sub-regional input for annual operating plans (unit and revenue plans and forecasts)
Locally reviewing and updating monthly forecasts for the integrated demand planning process in close collaboration with demand planners, and minimizing and managing backorders and consignment inventories
**Must have:**
Minimum of 6 years of successful healthcare marketing track record
Solid experience in successfully managing multiple product lines across several countries
Solid experience in effective product launches
Ability to engage clinically with healthcare professionals and commercially with internal stakeholders
Strong business partnering with local commercial team and enablers across Medtronic
Strong strategic planning, reporting ability and finance (AOP planning) competencies
Excellent communication and presentations skills (computer literacy: MS Office, PowerPoint)
Strong project management skills
English fluent in written and spoken
**Nice to have:**
Any additional language skills from the covered region (CEE countries or Turkey)
Previous experience with neurology field would be an advantage
