We're looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Hilton Honors Marketing for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. As the Senior Manager, Honors Marketing, you will be responsible for owning and driving the loyalty marketing strategy and bringing the strategy to life across key markets with a specific focus on increasing active loyalty program membership and incremental nights and revenues for both rooms and F&B businesses.
The role will report to Senior Director, Loyalty - APAC. This role is based in the Singapore office.
You must have a passion for marketing. You will take on business challenges and propose creative solutions to address them. Strategic thinker but also able to dig into the details. Must be a self–starter with great integrity, enthusiasm and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
What will I be doing?
As the Senior Manager, Honors Marketing - APAC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Utilize data and findings to set the customer engagement strategy for the region. This includes building tailored marketing plans and creative for key audience segments that will drive new member acquisitions and existing member engagement across multiple touchpoints, including e-mails, app, digital channels.
Work in close collaboration with Content team to align Honors marketing plans to overarching Hilton Content Marketing Strategy for the region.
Be a Hilton Honors global marketing extension to the region by bringing regional nuances to global projects and localizing global marketing projects across APAC markets. Be the Hilton Honors identity guardian for the region.
Lead the creative development for campaigns, including development of creative briefs, management of agency partners, gaining alignment and approval across key business partners, and ensuring all deliverables are on-brand.
Source and manage creative agencies to ensure best-in-class creative development and performance and manage translation and transcreation of marketing materials.
Partner with media team to strategize, plan and execute paid media campaigns to drive acquisition and engagement.
Partner with owned channels team to strategize, plan and execute initiatives to drive acquisition and engagement, including but not limited to website, landing pages, social channels and others.
Collaborate with regional marketing teams to drive Honors marketing at property level and in respective regions.
Stay apprised of critical metrics, competitive landscape, and performance pacing to evaluate areas of risk against our yearly business goals and find opportunities for performance optimization and propose program and marketing initiatives to address those.

Consistent track record of marketing success in executing marketing campaigns including experience with CRM (app/email), digital, offline and social
Experience writing effective briefs with ability to constructively provide feedback to internal and external agency partners and guide creative strategy and development
Highly effective communicator and collaborator who will work to develop deeply consultative relationships across the organization
Ability to prioritize, structure, and manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Collaborative teammate with excellent judgment and can influence internal and external decision makers with diplomacy
Required Qualifications
BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
8 years of relevant experience in Marketing
5 years of experience in leading loyalty marketing and customer engagement strategies for the APAC region
Experience managing external agencies and partners
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely express complex ideas, results and areas of opportunities (both verbally and written)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a regional team as part of a global organization and collaborating across multiple geographies
Passion for the travel and hospitality industry
