We are looking for a Director of Marketing Programs to join our customer marketing team. Are you keen to join a high growth organization at a time of exciting transformation? You will partner across our Marketing and Customer Success organizations to reimagine our customer journey and help build an even bigger community of successful Splunk customers.ResponsibilitiesPrevious marketing program management experience is a mustLead the strategy, execution and outcomes for marketing programs on behalf of Splunku2019s Customer Success Marketing function to help customers, at all stages, be successful with our products and servicesRaise reputation and extend reach across our customer base, and broader industry, to support Splunku2019s commitment to world-class customer successIdentify key personas and audience segmentation based on customer insights and analytics aligned to program strategy goalsDevelop go-to-market messaging and positioning for the services portfolio, launch new services and create integrated, customer-focused campaigns that reinforce the value of Splunk Services and/or guide customers to consume services (e.g. education, subscription and/or project-based, strategic advisory services)Communicate and coordinate with key business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage against key deadlines and review content and communicate results and attribution to business and customer impactLiaise with global integrated marketing, brand and creative, web experience and other functions, to ensure campaign alignment and orchestration of programs executed by regional, events and partner teams ensuring value narrative, services messaging and post-sale content are integrated effectivelyCreate new digital and/or in-person touchpoints that enable customers to increasingly self-serve with Splunk, and engage with peers via the Splunk Community and other forumsReport on results, in partnership with Marketing Ops, to understand audience reach, engagement and attribution to customer/business impactRequirementsRelevant experience in Product Marketing and/or Services Marketing, Customer Success or post-sale marketing functions, preferably at a software companyEducation / enablement technology background is a plusMinimum 12 years experience and exposure to multiple GTM functions in a fast-growing software / tech organizationStrategic thinker who also can take on ownership to get stuff doneStrong executive presence and effective communicatoru00A0Ability to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment, meet deadlines, brings a versatile skill set and have a bias for actionu00A0Consistent cross-functional collaborator, and business partner, directly contributing to teams to achieve overall objectivesSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environmentNote: Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles.
