Job Description:


Fully support to CRTO new product line business by developing brand strategy and product marketing program and execution for both global and local initiatives.
To manage the development & implementation of a clear strategy and vision for providing value added product to customer and distributor via sales team. Covered HD/LD& others.
To develop and implement a robust China CRTO new product line marketing plans in alignment with global strategic direction (carry out indirect customer, competitor and market analysis as key input) for the responsible sectors.
Provide local product/marketing support to sales team in order to set, monitor and achieve agreed sector specific targets in line with the China CRTO T&R.
Form the link with sales team in implementing promotion activities, providing appropriate tools, RTM and portfolio support to track implementation of key initiatives against KPIs.
Also manage SP&A budgets and conduct ROI reviews and agree implementation activities.
Work together with other marketing team members like indirect channel specialist, CRTO portfolio manager, Brand & Communication specialists and Pricing manager to deliver best CVPs to the General Owner Drivers’ customers& consumer to achieve the financial targets.

Requirements:


Minimum 3 years Marketing/Sales experience in commercial environment.
Track record in implementation of marketing initiatives
Must be highly self-motivated and able effectively to manage self and many competing priorities
Lubricants knowledge and experience especially in driveline and GOD channel sectors.
Analytical and problem-solving capability. Good interpersonal skills - ability to manage and make best use of relationships at multi-levers stakeholders. Good in data analysis.
