The Senior Market Research Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Market Research Professional uses data analytics to provide insights in support of new insights, translates results of analyses into actionable recommendations. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
5 or more years of Marketing research experience
5 or more years of data analysis experience
Understanding and experience with a variety of research methodologies
Possess the ability to write queries, create forms, reports and documents in Access and Excel
Project Management experience
Experience communicating complex and functional strategies to senior management.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or other graduate degree
Experience in the health insurance industry
