Senior Director of Marketing for Strategic Accounts

ADP is hiring a Senior Director of Marketing for Strategic Accounts within our Enterprise Marketing team . In this position, you will be responsible for leading and implementing an account-based marketing strategy closely aligned with sales to help build and progress pipeline for a set of large, multinational accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans and executes an Account Based Marketing (ABM) and sales enablement program in close collaboration with account-based sales leaders.

Translates business and sales strategy into an ongoing marketing execution plan tailored for different segments, industries, and buyer personas (HR Leader, IT Leader, Finance Leader, Procurement Leader, etc.) as needed.

Works collaboratively in a matrixed environment with other Program Marketers, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Demand Marketing, Client Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement/Sales Operations to ensure program engages buyers with the right mix of content and experiences based on buyer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

10-15 years of experience planning and executing B2B marketing programs, preferably in the enterprise space with large businesses.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven ability to partner with sales on strategic, account-level plans that account for long sales cycles and complex buying committees.

Comfort with navigating ambiguity and using data to make decisions.

Experience with Account-Based Marketing methodologies and technologies (ex. ABM orchestration, customer data platforms, etc.)

A growth mindset to elevate the role of marketing in driving value and measurable business outcomes.

Ability to present to and engage senior executives.

Excellent oral, and written communication skills

Experience with Human Capital management (HCM) a plus as a practitioner, within product management or within marketing.

Communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential objections, and persuade others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view.

Business acumen with the ability to uncover an understanding of clients’ and prospects’ most critical business needs and demonstrate how ADP’s capabilities can drive business value.

Role is Hybrid out of ADP office.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation range for this role is - $90,800 - $184,200 / Year
