Senior Project Manager - Engagement Marketing Frontier® Communications provides communications services to urban, suburban, and rural communities in 25 states. Frontier Business™ offers communications solutions to small, medium, and enterprise businesses.Frontier is looking for a highly collaborative, well-organized, telecom-savvy and analytical individual who is interested in joining our fast-paced engagement marketing team. The Engagement Marketing Project Manager will assist in both the development and execution of engagement marketing tactics – with end-to-end project implementation responsibilities. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in engagement projects through various internal and external organizations and partners with a record of meeting objectives. This requires collaboration across organizations and management of multiple projects in multiple locations simultaneously. This individual also has a knack for numbers and spreadsheets, using your analytical skills to measure and track ongoing program engagement and results. As the go-to contact, you will also lead and attend calls with cross-functional teams regarding all aspects of in-progress and upcoming launches.Primary roles: Manage and lead complex multi-pronged campaignsLead and manage multiple programs/campaigns simultaneouslyCoordinate and manage cross-functional teamsLead granular local executions across multiple states simultaneouslyProject Management experience desiredAbility to create meaningful reporting on campaign performance metricsSpecific ResponsibilitiesManage project deadlines ensuring all projects launch on-time, correctly, and on budget; provide updates on a weekly basis to managementInterface with engagement agency to provide consolidated feedback on program concepts, plans, creative, imagery, copy, and scripting.Take ownership of quality assurance checks for all materials and venues related to event/program execution.Process authorizations, estimates, and invoices; generate POs; and work with Expense Management team on reconciliations.Manage project budget based on incremental expenditures, savings, and movement of funds providing an accurate view of program spend.Manage inputs from agencies and partners, securing all brand and legal approvalsDevelop and implement creative and program briefs and presentations; analyze & report out on program/projects KPI recommended next stepsMay require travel to support local engagements and/or corporate sponsorships.
