Description
The Senior Digital Marketing Analytics Professional develops marketing strategies and delivers promotional marketing messages to consumers online with the intent of generating traffic and sales on the organization's e-commerce site through conception, coordination, and control of Internet/Digital Marketing. The Senior Digital Marketing Analytics Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Digital Marketing Analytics Professional plans, develops, and implements internet marketing strategies to promote products/brands and services online (e.g., email, search engine, social media, display and mobile advertising, etc.). Analyzes online traffic analytics and develops actions to improve marketing campaign performance. Identifies online marketing and buying trends and insights to optimize online marketing spend and campaign performance. Develops e-marketing content and material (e.g., e-newsletters, e-magazines, website and blog content, social media accounts, etc.). Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of technical experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related degree program
Prior demonstrated experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Media, or Health Care.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Strong, demonstrated skills leading and/or influencing cross-functional teams
Strong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and developing insights from analysis
Strong, demonstrated strategy development skills and ability to engage in and apply enterprise thinking
Project management experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritizing a diverse set of projects
Preferred Qualifications
Health care background a plus.
Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Healthcare, HealthTech, Technology, Professional Services, or CPG
