MARKETING COORDINATOR

Allen & Hoshall is looking for a self-motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team in our Memphis Headquarters. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and Firm Principals. The responsibilities for the position include:

Organizing and coordinating activities involved in the preparation of proposals and presentations.

Assisting in designing and maintaining digital marketing activities (website, newsletters, social media, etc.)

Development of marketing resource materials – brochures, data, presentations, photographs, files, and client/project database.

Coordinating, creating, and assembling materials for client presentations and interviews.
