Responsibilities

Humana's Marketing & Communications organization is seeking a Media Planning Professional 2 to join the Insurance Marketing Acquisition team working remote. The Insurance Marketing Acquisition team supports direct response marketing initiatives for our Medicare Advantage and Specialty products. We are looking for a pro-active, team player with strong communication skills to plan, recommend and implement direct response marketing communication programs using a variety of media channels, primarily focusing on acquisition media designed to drive sales and awareness for the organization's products and/or services.

Key Role Functions

Project management of media campaign strategy, creative and processes

Ensure campaigns operate at peak efficiency, staying on schedule and budget

Coordinate end-to-end campaign life-cycle across digital and DRTV media channels

Support media test strategy, set-up, tracking and analysis

Manage internal and external reports (daily, weekly) to check for accuracy, identify trends and provide insights

Maintain budget and invoicing process

Build relationships with internal and external partners/resources

Initiate collaboration across teams to align on expectations, meet deadlines and increase productivity

Recommend and evaluate processes and procedures to gain efficiencies

Coordinate weekly update/meeting and presentation content

Maintain campaign-related documentation (e.g., media plans, creative executions, etc.)

Develop and maintain budgets to oversee costs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or Business

2 years of experience in Media Marketing Strategy and Communications

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business, marketing strategy, digital marketing, media marketing

Strong, demonstrated project management skills

Strong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and developing insights from analysis

Strong, demonstrated strategic skills and consulting skills

Marketing experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritize a diverse set of projects

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organization

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business

Experience working in the health insurance industry

Additional Requirements

This is a remote role anywhere in the US, but will operate on EST.

All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.

Connectivity - Requirement Details

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.

Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)

Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
