\u003cp\u003eThe individual in this role will help develop and execute Mesirow\u0026rsquo;s digital marketing strategy, contributing to the creation, execution and tracking of client-centric online marketing initiatives that build the Mesirow brand while contributing to the acquisition, development and retention of high-value client relationships. This individual will also serve as the marketing liaison with Mesirow Information Technology and be an expert in the firm\u0026rsquo;s marketing technology platforms. The role reports into the firm\u0026rsquo;s Chief Marketing Officer and is based in the firm\u0026rsquo;s Chicago headquarters.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eMarketing technology platforms:\u003c/em\u003e\u003c/strong\u003e Partner with Mesirow IT team in the selection, implementation and ongoing use of Marketing Technology platforms (i.e. Red Oak, PitchReady, RFPIO, Pardot, PowerBI); use innovation, automation and technology to create efficiency and better client experiences.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSocial media strategy and execution\u003c/strong\u003e: Increase awareness of Mesirow brand, thought leadership, products and services; connect with communities and followers in a two-way conversation and prompt engagement across LinkedIn and Twitter; monitor alignment with Marketing Content Distribution Strategy.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eData-driven insights:\u003c/strong\u003e Leverage data insights (generated from website, email and social media engagement) to better understand client / prospect behavior and partner with Business Line Marketers to improve content and outreach targeting. Monitor innovations in digital customer experience that may enable new and differentiated user experiences.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMetrics:\u003c/strong\u003e Generate quarterly metrics that can be used to: 1) generate new ideas; 2) talk to the success/failure of a campaign; 3) provide trend statistics; 4) demonstrate effectiveness of A/B testing to report to the businesses. Perform ROI analysis and report data findings, as well as identify strategies for continual improvement.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eExperience with Content Management Systems (Acquia preferred), Client Relationship Management Systems (Salesforce preferred), Marketing Automation (Pardot preferred), Social Media Listening \u0026amp; Archiving (i.e. Hearsay, Hootsuite), Tableau, PowerBI and Google analytics\u003c/li\u003e
