Description
Senior Professional will lead and implement direct response marketing campaigns focusing on creative strategy, development and production of television commercials and digital marketing to increase sales and awareness for the organization's products and/or services.
Responsibilities
The Senior Professional, Marketing Campaign Management contributes to the operational execution of lead generation television and digital marketing. These campaigns primarily support our suite of Medicare products and are aimed at prospective members. This Senior Professional is responsible for overseeing the campaign creative development and strategy, process and productions, leading initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Formulation of direct response television and digital creative strategies and briefs
Ensure campaigns operate at peak efficiency, staying on schedule and budget
Facilitate collaboration across internal teams to align on expectations
Managing outside vendors including advertising and talent agencies and production facilities
Developing and executing creative test strategies based on industry trends and internal data while infusing test and learn disciplines to improve key metrics
Coordinating resources, scheduling, building and managing budgets
Understanding execution of measurement/ROI including tracking, analyzing and interpreting key metrics and results
Recommend and evaluate processes, procedures and quality to gain efficiencies
Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Industry expert, bringing forth innovative ideas
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication
5 years of experience working in an advertising agency or corporate marketing department
3 years of digital marketing experience
Previous experience with strategic creative plan development relating to television and digital concepting through production
Experience in technical aspects of television pre- post- production techniques and processes
Demonstrated experience using marketing analytics to drive strategy
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines
Highly detail oriented and organized
Exceptional in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Relationship building and communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field
Understanding of direct marketing
