Humana Care Marketing is building a best-in-class Engagement Marketing practice. We seek an Associate Director, Engagement Marketing leader who will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market, marketing initiatives to engage members in various clinical products, services, and experience to help increase member health, and ultimately customer retention.
The Associate Director will work closely with multiple internal business partners to achieve aggressive adoption of new and existing clinical products, services, and experiences.
Responsibilities
As an Associate Director, CRM Marketing, you will:
Own the development of, and lead a high performing team focused on go-to-market strategies and marketing plans to drive adoption and engagement of various clinical products, services, and experiences; as well as with a retail asset, Humana Neighborhood Centers
Drive marketing campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance goals
Manage the product marketing campaign / always-on roadmap and robust learning agenda across our portfolio, and create transparency among internal business partners and constituents through visibility
Forecast expected marketing returns and report regularly results formally (quarterly business reviews) and informally (regular meetings, touch points, etc.)
Provide thought leadership on performance marketing, MarTech, and counsel to business partners around how marketing can help achieve business objectives
Challenge the status quo and help the marketing team continuously refine its practice and build capabilities that lead to greater impacts on the business
Coach, mentor, and develop talent
Help create and maintain our team culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
8 years of experience in go-to-market, performance driven marketing environment
Solid understanding of business models, opportunity assessment techniques, and how to use marketing as a lever to achieve business results and positive customer impacts
Strong strategic thinking skills, able to set up, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channel / omnichannel environments
Exhibits strong creative acumen with an ability to provide strategic direction and interact seamlessly with and motivate agency partner(s)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written - particularly using deck format); able to synthesize and frame information, and convey in consumable and digestible ways to ensure comprehension among various audiences including senior leadership
Analytic and data-driven approach to problem solving; able to understand and monitor analytic dashboards and reporting tools, and derive insight from data and information to steer engagement initiative recommendations
People leadership - able to attract, develop, and coach high performing talent
Action oriented, outcome focused leader who operates with a high sense of urgency
Demonstrated comfort and understanding of MarTech, and consistent lens to how technology is enhancing capabilities to enable more powerful marketing outcomes
Excellent cultural fit; highly collaborative, high-energy, positive mindset, and open to and willingness to provide feedback multi-directionally
Preferred Qualifications
MBA from top tiered program
Marketing experience focused on Medicare Members and/or Health and Well-being
Working knowledge of Salesforce marketing cloud
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional performance marketing environment
Self-managing and disciplined; possess the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and operate within a large and complex organizational structure
Prior experience working in agile setting
