Description
The Senior Professional, Marketing Campaign Management plans, recommends and develops innovative marketing strategies designed to increase sales and awareness for the organization's suite of Individual Specialty products and services. This role will primarily focus on supporting the development of best-in-class marketing tactics with high-visibility tailored directly to prospective consumers. This candidate will collaborate with a variety of internal and external partners to deliver multi-channel communications across television, digital, and direct mail.
Responsibilities
The Senior Professional, Marketing Campaign Management identifies target audiences and specific messages, channels, content and tactics; coordinates end-to-end campaign life-cycle. Maintains campaign-related documentation (e.g., test strategies, creative executions, etc.). Develops and maintains budgets to oversee costs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Outstanding project management capabilities, solid marketing technical mastery, and strategic thinking are critical to meet the role's responsibilities. This position requires the ability manage multiple projects from concept to completion, drive strategy and execution, and collaborate across teams to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate will be an action-oriented self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment, will tolerate ambiguity, and will demonstrate problem-solving. This candidate will have strong relationship management and organizational skills, who demonstrates initiative and follow-through. This team player must be flexible, enthusiastic and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field
Progressive marketing and/or advertising experience
Business-to-consumer marketing experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field
Prior Marketing Experience for a Fortune 500 company
