Zuora’s Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to develop and improve operational processes that create alignment between our Marketing organization, GTM operations, and internal partners. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations, you will support our team’s initiatives by identifying business needs, applying standard methodologies, implementing recommendations, and providing governance of our processes.

What You’ll Do
● Develop, document, and communicate standard MOPs procedures on key campaign processes: campaign channel structure, program design, and program metrics. Ensure our internal process align to industry best practices
● Serve as the primary owner of our multi-touch attribution platform (Bizible). Maintains the integrity of our attribution model and data hygiene
● Drive Zuora’s overall email deliverability strategy. This includes (but not limited to): creating an email preference center, advising on legal/compliance requirements (incl. GDPR, CCPA), and ensuring our email marketing tactics follows industry best practices
● Identify opportunities to grow the marketing database while ensuring data integrity and governance
● Serve as the primary marketing ops stakeholder for the Alliance Marketing team and Customer Marketing teams. Partner closely with the Demand Center to ensure their campaigns follow standard procedure as well as industry best practices
● Drive campaign excellence for Zuora thought leadership projects (incl. external site Subscribed.com, industry newsletter)
Must-have Skills:
● 3-5 years of experience working at an Enterprise or SaaS software provider
● 5-7 years of experience in an enterprise Marketo environment. Marketo certification a plus.
● Hands-on experience in CRM (Salesforce) and integrating those systems with other technologies
● Be the primary owner of Bizible, and be responsible for optimizing functionalities in this tool. This includes (but not limited to): optimize 3rd party ad platform integrations, build core reports, ROI configurations, and manage Bizible data integrity (eg. touchpoints)
● Be a Bizible champion, and in partnership with the Head of Strategy & Analytics, increase adoption of Bizible reporting within the marketing team
● Proven ability to bring alignment, negotiate and provide guidance to business partners, and drive projects to completion
● Excellent written and oral communication skills that provide the necessary context, analysis, and recommendations to drive action from local and remote teams
● Experience designing processes that scale
● Experience in reporting on marketing performance, analyzing data, and communicating business insights that drive action
Nice-to-have Skills:
● Hands-on experience with Wordpress, or similar web management platform
● Experience in a high-growth digital marketing environment
● Experience in data management, compliance, governance, quality, and measurement
