Responsibilities
Humana's Marketing organization is looking for a CRM Marketing Professional 2 to join the Member Relationship Marketing (MRM) team working remote anywhere in the US. In this role, you will be a key part of a team that consults with Stars business partners and develops communications solutions for our members. You will implement campaigns for one of Humana's top business priorities: encouraging our consumers to make smart healthcare choices.
Key Role Functions
Partner with team leaders and Group Medicare business partners to understand business goals for Stars marketing outreaches and assist the team in executing strategies to meet those objectives
Collaborate with marketing partners on a flawless execution and measure success so we can continuously improve our efforts
Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Provide input on Group Medicare communications strategies
Manage multiple high-profile programs
Play a key role with other team members to achieve Stars business goals
Required Qualifications
1 years of experience in marketing or communications related field (marketing leadership, project management, business strategy, etc.)
Experience working with copywriters, graphic designers, and print/email/phone vendors
Excellent copywriting skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and implement projects/campaigns
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs
Experience in a results-oriented marketing and communications environment
Experience working in an agile team environment
Additional Information
All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.
Connectivity - Requirement Details
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.
Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)
Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
