To maximize impact, Humana is transitioning to a customer-centric operating model in which teams will be built and organized around the customer journey. These new teams will have clear accountability for outcomes and be empowered to design, develop, and deliver experiences in support of those outcomes.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with a diverse team of marketing and technical experts to build and refine our development practices, oversee execution, and continually iterate to ensure success. You will have the opportunity to institute processes that accelerate development and improve coordination across teams.
The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for creating and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns and projects across a variety of digital marketing tactics and channels. This could include projects such as new digital marketing campaigns, email/SMS driven customer journeys, ideation and development of new web-based consumer experiences and more.
We're looking specifically for a well-rounded digital marketing with experience across a variety of digital tactics: media, UX design, journey development, email, SMS, etc. You do not need to be an expert in all areas but should feel comfortable thinking through the use of these tactics to solve customer experience gaps.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the Digital Marketing Subject Matter Expert on a customer acquisition-centered journey team, offering knowledge and insight regarding digital prospect experiences and CRM data alignment across the channels (primarily Marketing)
Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, story completion, PI Planning, retrospectives, etc.) to efficiently manage Journey innovation and experience transformation process
Serve as the accountable individual to operationalize relevant initiatives and in-market tests in partnership with Digital Product & Campaign teams, contributing to Discovery, Test, and Scaling activities. Develop Learning Agenda and Impact Measurement. 2022 projects included Local Agent Digital Presence, Humana.com Segment-Specific Content Optimization, Lead Nurture Marketing Strategy, and Future-state considerations for Personalization across Marketing & Sales Experiences

Bachelor's Degree
5 years in professional experience including 4 in digital marketing
Progressive levels of responsibility within a fast-paced marketing environment
