Description
Humana's Primary Care Organization (PCO) is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analytics Professional to join the Care Delivery Marketing team working remote. This marketing professional is responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital communications that assist with lead generation, nurturing and patient and agent focused Salesforce Marketing Cloud email strategies.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Digital Marketing Analytics Professional, you will provide digital messaging strategy through reviewing dashboard analytics to identify opportunities and develop actions to improve email and journey marketing campaign performance for scalability and growth in addition to better experiences for our customers. In this role, you will manage multiple projects from concept to completion, drive strategy and execution, and collaborate with cross-functionally with other teams and senior leaders. You will provide trusted counsel on technical approach, content and design strategy and marketing direction, target audience development, and brand positioning for CenterWell and Conviva in order to help grow, retain, and engage their patient base. To be successful you will need to be customer-centric and innovative with a passion for all things digital, and act as an advocate for personalized experiences across the united digital experience.
Key Role Functions
Develop digital Salesforce Marketing Cloud email, SMS and direct mail journey's in Journey Builder for prospective patients within different stages of the conversion funnel to support the brand and marketing plan as well as patient acquisition growth targets
Identify e-mail communication opportunities by collaborating with key internal stakeholders and conduct A/B testing for further optimization
Work with internal and external agencies to develop e-marketing content and material
Create process designs and workflows
Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud journey and campaign development from technical concept through final design and execution including establishing A/B testing methodologies
Collaborate with PCO IT and vendor partners to write business requirements and user stories
Act as a liaison between brand team and internal stakeholders to collaboratively delivery digital messaging in initiatives that are aligned with goals and business objectives
Create compelling and segmented audience experiences by translating customer personas to drive marketing objectives
Ensure all digital marketing is on-brand, consistent in voice and tonality
Analyze data seek out additional funnel messaging opportunities in order to deliver the most business value
Assist with creation of leadership-level presentations and reports in order to give visibility to recent accomplishments and showcase results
Stay abreast with the latest Salesforce technology enhancements, changes, community updates and digital competitive communications
Required Qualifications
3 years CRM e-mail marketing experience
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Minimum 1 year of experience gathering and documenting requirements
Experience building, deploying, and testing responsive CRM email, push notifications marketing campaigns
Proven track record of utilizing data analytics to identify performance trends and define business opportunities
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business, marketing strategy, digital marketing, and content marketing
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to both teach others and learn
Strong, demonstrated skills leading and/or influencing cross-functional teams
Strong, demonstrated project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
Healthcare background a plus
Experience managing list segmentation, cleansing and QA
Salesforce Email Marketing Specialist certification

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
