Responsibilities

Humana's Consumer Acquisition Marketing Team is looking for a Marketing Associate, Campaign Management, to join working in Louisville or remote. As the Marketing Associate, Campaign Management, you will contribute to the operational execution of lead generation marketing campaigns (supporting our suite of Medicare products) to prospective members focusing on television media and digital. The campaigns are designed to increase sales and awareness for the organization's products and/or services. You will oversee the campaign process and production as well as lead initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Project management of TV campaign/digital production, operations and processes

Ensure campaigns operate at peak efficiency, staying on schedule and budget

Direct and build relationships with internal and external production and executions partners

Initiate collaboration across teams to align on expectations, meet deadlines and increase productivity

Maintain high quality and compliance standard of product and delivery

Recommend and evaluate processes, procedures and quality to gain efficiencies

Take solutions focused approach to resolve production problems and minimize delays

Request and maintain materials and tracking identifiers

Manage competitor insights and evaluations

While this role is remote, candidates that reside within 50 miles of Louisville, KY will be a hybrid of at home and in office as needed for in person collaboration once CDC restrictions are lifted.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field

Experience working or interning at advertising agency or corporate marketing department

Experience with digital marketing

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines

Highly detail oriented and organized

Exceptional at proofing and Microsoft Office Suite

Relationship building and communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

Located in Louisville, KY

Understanding of direct marketing

Strong planning and time management skills

Healthcare or insurance experience

Additional Requirements/Information

Covid-19 Vaccine/Testing Requirement
